In Indonesian’s, vegetarian, java people not to much eat flash and like eat tofu and tempe in their menu’s so get to be said carry on diet to vegetarian. One of it one of it as alimentary as.food is main requirement of human viability.without food,human can’t doing they are activity’s.foods as producer of the energy, since that,human very need foods.but in processing of foods,humans abuse that.begining from animal flesh,plants,vegetables,and still a lot.whitout they are release,eating food to much can make human body crush.
Analitically in America, healthier nabatiwan, long aged, even ageless. also most dodge of disease heart. In buddhisme, available in jivaka sutta Buddha said for that there is in three inedible flesh conditions: If murder is seen, If murder is heard, if murder at plumb / intentional devoted for  monks.buddha said too, three canned meat condition is eaten which is: If murder is not is seen, If murder is not is heard, if murder not at surmise / at deliberate devoted for monks.
Vegetarians is very important to did in every day, that very easy and not hard. So let we did together,who want to be health you must change your life from now,with change your life with vegetarian,for your life and your family’s life.
